I've done another afternoon of trying:
-Verified all the prerequisites are installed
-Pulled out the .msi and installed it by hand, enabling more logging.
-Everything else I could think of an/or google.
Best I can tell, the TV service *is* installed correctly, but crashes on launch. (Given whats recorded in the system Events).
This has been a loooooong process, and I don't have the enthusiasm to install MSVC and try to get a callstack of the crash. I'm giving up and going back to MP1.
I appreciate all the attempted help.
