This was due to Windows 10 and Creative Labs Sound Blaster Z driver issues.
Things got a lot better after some Windows 10 update.

Had to re-install my HTPC following SSD crash.
    Went for Windows 10.
Brand new MP1 single sit setup on clean Windows 10 install.
Getting frequent audio interruptions, like every 15 seconds.
I think video is also interrupted but it's not so obvious.
    CPU usage is low: 5%
Typically happening when the PC has been running for a while, like a day or so.
    Reboot fixes the problem.
Restarting TV server is not helping.
    Restarting MP is not helping.
Happening with both live TV and recordings.
    Logs attached.

I don't know if it's causing a problem, but the TV Server 'IdleEpgGrabber' seems to be running very frequently (almost continuously), and there are lots of '[EPG Update thread] [INFO ] - IdleEpgGrabber: no channel found for networkid' messages in tvservice.log and 'PMT Pid wasn't found on the PAT. Channel may have moved, try a new channel scan' messages in TsWriter.log.

Unlikely to be causing my problem, why would a reboot fix it.

Playing the same TS file in PowerDVD 14 does not have that issue. Sounds like a problem specific to MP then.

Windows 10 Film & TV app form Windows 10 does not have that problem either when playing a recorded TS file.
    Definitely an MP1 playback issue.

Since the playback in the logs you posted lasts for only 40 seconds, and doesn't show any dropped frames - "Frames dropped 0, drawn 2056, repeated 0" (and TsReader.log looks fine as well) - there isn't much information for anyone else to work on. I can only comment on the info actually in the logs.

Could it be an audio only issue then?

I was able to reproduce the issue with both LAV and MS codecs. Then I sticked to MS codecs as I realized LAV has issues playing some of my high quality rip and MS does not. That's another issue however.
