Unfortunately it's not possible to configure the HomeScreen at the moment.
But my vision is, that the settings will allow the user later to select the items to be shown in Home Screen.
Step by step the skin/theme will grow

I just tested the Win 10 quickly (don't have more time now). First thing I noticed is a "1 pixel border" around the whole screen. Is this intended? Looks like a (semi-)transparent border or similar thing:

EPG I have not touched yet, because no tuner in my working PC. Thanks for the screenshot, based on it I can adjust the code.
Honestly I'm not able to see a 1 pixel border
I have not the best eyes though. I'll check, if the border has a strokethickness >0 by accident.

Here's a small cut out, resized to 400%. Here you can see the (green) brighter lines. I noticed it also only in fullscreen mode, where my black monitor border gave a good contrast.

Complete NOOB question: Where do I have to put the files to?

You need to go to mp2 folder in programs, then plugin folder, then Bluevision folder, then as described in first post.
