    Simone again thank you,
but using MS DTV-DVD you have NO problem? My system crashes a lot with your solution..

System? Whole PC or MediaPortal itself? If it is the PC then you should blame your GPUs drivers.

My experience so far is that I had to go with Nvidia instead of ATi on Windows 7. This small investment solved my problem with crashes, lockups etc. Can you borrow an Nvidia card from someone just to try it out?

Another combination for TV (mixed MPEG2 and H.264) that I got working on both Nivida and ATi is PowerDVD 7 (yes, seven) for MPEG2 and CoreAVC for H.264.

At least Gibman and I are on ATI with Windows7 x64 ( CCC 9.10 ) and both of us are happy with this setup :p

    Amen to that :)

    ATi HD4470 card with 9.10 drivers on w7 x64.

Initially I had a lot of problems with the new danish channels.

My main goal was to keep DXVA enabled.
So the number of codecs to choose from was rather low.

Once I changed audio and video decoder to the "MS DTV-DVD" ones - then all my problems disappeared.

I had problems when going from one mpeg2 based channel like DR1 to DR HD (h264) etc.

ffdaudio and cyberlink decoder seemed a nogo.

you can keep ffdaudio as your audio codec, just make sure u disable aac in ffdaudio options.
we want to make sure monogram aac decoder is used.

also coreavc h264 video codec worked, but no DXVA :(
