I have been running MP for a while now with no sleep/wake up problems. But last week I install a Happauge 1800 and TV server and since then my computer has shutdown during sleep or have problems coming out of sleep. In fact, now my computer won't turn back on or even post. Tonight I am going to take the battery out and reset the cmos. Maybe there will be something in the event logs to suggest what is happening.
