I'm also waiting for the official skinfiles for Titan as I don't want to make al views (historical view, hourview, etc.) myself It's the biggest part of the skinfiles and personaly I'm not using it a lot.. So I'm waiting for the official skinfiles aswell.. Maybe I mod them a bit, but I don't create them myself completely..

Ok, nevertheless it would be interesting, why the weather profile produced a crash before. If you have some time, please create a 2nd location using the configuration dialog and post the result here, thanks.

When New-York is added with the configuration, it's ok! No crash.

Hereby you'll find the crashing xml file and the last generated working file. Tell me if you want also the mediaportal log files.

Could you please set a valid timezone for New York? Your generated version contains timezone 0 (Casablanca). Please report, thanks.

Edit: Windows7/8 timezone number for New York is 86, I want to see the difference to XP.

XP Timezone for NY is 63.
With 63 it's still ok.
When forcing to 86, it crashes.

You were right since the beginning... I'm gonna give away my XP and swith to 7 ;-)

Sorry for answering so late,

but here are the details needed: Skin Pure Vision HD / Win 7 professional 32
Files are uploaded. I hope thesea are the needed ones.
at the moment it say, problems with foreca (=current condition provider)or something like the that, but i get a frorecast weather by weather online + the weather of today, but it is not shown at its place.
If I change the provider from foreca to weather online for current condition provider, i don´t get any data.

I've analysed your settings immediately, there are no unwanted plugin behaviors.
Using the troubleshooting steps (see chapter 12.1 of the WorldWeather manual) I've got the following result:

• Foreca: http://weather.service.msn.com/data.aspx?weadegreetype=F&culture=en-US&wealocations=wc:GMXX1853 (location cannot be found, the Foreca database does not know this city; result: error as described)
• WorldWeatherOnline: http://free.worldweatheronline.com/...hmitten&num_of_days=5&format=xml&key=<yourkey> (location can be found, but it's "Schmitten" in Austria, not Germany)
• Yahoo (additionally): http://weather.yahooapis.com/forecastrss?p=GMXX1853 (nearby location Ansbach can be found, good results for current and forecast condition data)

... but it is not shown at its place ...

I'm not sure, what do you want to say. The plugin itself does not control the position or size of GUI element/property output. Please report your problem to the skin owner. Do not forget to attach a screenshot, otherwise the problem can only guess.

My suggestion (according to the priority):

• use wetter.com (the best selection for Germany), AccuWeather or Yahoo as your (free) preferred weather condition provider
• name the city "Anspach", but leave city code untouched (prevents country related confusion with WorldWeatherOnline), you can set "Schmitten" into the description field to display it in the GUI
• do not use Foreca, until the next official version (I want to make some changes in the next few days to increase to location hit ratio)

EDIT: the Foreca location detection changes has been implemented and published with WorldWeatherLite v0.4.1, a preview version of WorldWeather v1.1.1 follows in the next few days (Important: do not use the WorldWeather.Core.dll v1.1.1 from WorldWeatherLite with WorldWeather v1.1.0).

please find attached at the first post of this thread the release candidate version 1.1.1 of WorldWeather. For a detailed overview of included changes, fixes and enhancements please consult the included manual.

@TiboTv: if you haven't switch to Windows 7 yet, please try to reproduce the timezone related crash and give feedback, if it's fixed now.
@schwarzrz: please check, if your home location works with Foreca now.

Additionally, WorldWeather Lite has been updated to v0.4.2, please make sure that WorldWeather.Core.dll is always in sync.

I created a new virtual test machine with Win7 but I keep the other one using WinXP also.
I can confirm that there's no problem with this version on WinXP, using the original config file and also when deleting all profiles and create my profile (namur,belgium).

Hereby you'll find my custom config file.

But I think that in my case (only using one simple profile, no image, no history, no feed,...) it should be better to use the lite version of your plugin.

I recently updated to World Wheater v1.1.0 with MePo 1.3 RC.
Everything works fine, thanks to the relentless work of Micropolis for improvement of this plugin! wonderful!!!

If it can be useful, I revised the Italian's translations: there was some little imprecision/lack..
I have attached the file if you want to include it in a future release.
