please find at the first post of this thread and in our plugin repository an updated version of WorldWeather. This update was required to fix some various daylight saving time related astronomy calculation issues.

Note: in case you want install this update and you use WorldClock, please download and install updated version of mentioned plugin immediately.

Is this plugin broken if used with any sites that use api keys??
I've tried keys from both world weather online and weather underground and get no output from either, They work as expected when accessed via a browser.
When entering the keys on the config screen they don't seem to 'stick', Even though I select apply and save 'Foreca' is always in the key entry field when I re-open the config window.
Release 1.2.2 with MP1.3.

Today I upgraded to Mp 1.3.0 and I also installed WordWeather 1.2.2, but it does not show in the menu.
Not in Default, not in DefaultWide and not in Titan. All the other Plugins are shown.
In MP Config I enabled it and i was able to set my location.

What is wrong here, any idea?

EDIT:
I did some more testing and WorldWeatherLite ist working?!?
But WorldWeather still refudes to show up in the menu.

Hi,

Is worldweather set to listed in plugins in Mediaportal configuration? If it is allready, try to delete and install Worldweather again using the Mediaportal extensions installer.

If this doesnt help, let me/us know!

Same problem here. Even with a fresh install of MP1.3 and Titan as default skin with no changes whatsoever i cant get worldweather to appear in my homescreen.

I did as suggested above and uninstalled/reinstalled the latest version via extension installer, but still no luck.

Seems to be a Titan/default skin issue as StreamedMP seems to work ok.

Still no luck. With the MP extension installer I uninstalled WorldWeatherLite, installed WorldWeather.
Then I started MP Config, switched the skin to Default Wide, went to plugins, enabled WordWeather, ran the config, ended MP config with OK.
Started MP and no WorldWeather in the menu.

Dont know if it helps, but I attached the MP logfile.

That logfile only shows that WorldWeather is loaded.
You should have a BasicHome screen like this:



If you don´t use BasicHome and don´t see it in the home menu, than verify that you set WorldWeather in MP Config to "in Home"
If it is set to "in Plugins", you should see it in the home menu opening the plugins menu (button "extensions")

Now I see the difference...if I am using "only Basic Home" than it shows in the menu, but with "only Classic Home" which I was using it does not show, even if it is enabled and configured for "in Home".
But this is still an error and I want to use "only Classic Home".
Any idea how to fix that?
