Hi dlarge500,

The emulator bug is now fixed but the problem you report with weather background missing must be a plugin issue. Look at the screenshot you attached and you will see that you are also missing the update time. Are you using the 1.5 version of infoservice?

yes i used the infoservice 1.5 but I had thought that the two pages are the same.

Of course, I'm using MovingPictures 1.0-skinfiles. I now attached some screenshots. The first shows how it looks like (and how it should look), when entering Moving Pictures - no menu at all!
The second one shows the screen right after choosing one of the categories - menutext appears.
Third one: The menutext disappears after entering and leaving the menu...
... but reappears in the fourth picture right after changing view.






I tried some of the older "movinpictures.xml"-versions and until (incl.) r607 the issue does not appear! Since r608 the "ghost-text" appears.
Unfortunately, parental lock obviously is not integrated in r607..

Edit: Just tested the parental lock function in r607 by deleting the "comment-marks" and altering the corresponding "onup"-, "ondown"-values and there it is: the "ghost-text" appears again! So, it must have something to do with this section, or not? I don't have any idea of xml-coding, so I'm only guessing, but perhaps it leads to the right direction...

Thank you for this. Now I understand the problem. You have parental control enabled for Moving Pictures. If I enable this I get the same error. It is a problem with the Moving Picture plugin. If we want the parental control in the meny we will get this problem. If I remove it from the menu all works but we don't have the option available.

Thus far everything is looking goooooood

Even fanart handler for multi artist songs is working great. Thank you for that.

Hi,

I have now closed this thread because of the new release R615 of the skin. I have opened a new thread for SVN feedback so that I get a good view of any issues past the R615 release.

A BIG thank you to everyone that helped me testing. Without it I would not have been able to release the R615 this soon after previous release.
