How do you get the proper series image to show when you go to episode view?
Is that using fan art pack?
Does it do it automatically if I put the fan art back? (I stopped using fan art when you made your excellent version for monochrome)

Download version 0.4, in the zip file there's a torrent file with some Fan Art I specifically made for Xephyr. You can of course use other fan art which is on the site in my signature (Wouldn't use those with description boxes).
A new version of the site is in the works which will have more functionallity, sorting by skin is one I specifically want.

Thanks Spuck, with your version 0.4 of your zip, you have solved two problem for me :
- it's ok now in the tv series module. no more text under other text
- It's ok now for the summary of the episode. Before, the summary is over the image

One thing seems to be not working for me :
- i don't see what previous episode i ve seen. All episodes are displayed in the same colours, i don't know what episode i am. I don't know if i talk you correctly........sorry

Other thing (sorry again), it's a little difficult to read text in white with the grey (?) backgroung. It's possible to modify xml to display test in black for example ? thanks in advance

Thanks TSMOTW for your help also. One thing is not workgin correctly on the main menu : if i move my mouse, i see the default background, not the background from the "slideshow". When i change with the keys the menu, i find again my background. do you see where is the problem ? thanks

I agree with the above, I'd love to use this skin, but there are a few glaring issues (not anyone's fault, it's just a very immature skin at the moment).

When i'm viewing all my TV series, I can't for the life of me tell which series I'm on. I know your "preview" screenshots show that the currently selected series should be highlighted in yellow, but for me, I don't get any highlights so it's very difficult to tell exactly where I am while browsing series.

Also, when viewing episodes, the text for the date it was aired bleeds into the middle description box, overlapping.

Now if only there was a MyFilms.xml to go along with this

Geez, I spoke too soon!

Good job spuck on the v0.4 update! Most of my qualms for the TV series part have been answered.

One suggestion though, When browsing through the Series list, the descriptions below happen to be White on White, could you maybe add a little more contrast or change the Font colour? My eyes aren't as good as they used to be and I'm finding it difficult to read.

Any chance you'd work on a MyFilms xml too? hehe, jk.

Hehe that's weird, white text looks awesome on my display. I'll see if it works with black.
Been thinking about putting the banners below the description too since you kind of miss most of the background if the banners are so high up.

I've never understood how to use myfilms so probably no.

I felt the same way, it seemed a little daunting to use MyFilms, but after downloading AMC (Ant Movie catalog) and AMCUpdater (to automatically add avi, mkv, iso, img, etc to your database), I don't think I could live without it. Definitely beats the built-in Movie database for MP.

I do web development in my spare time, I could probably figure out the XML format used for the skins and throw something together.. Hmm, maybe something to do in my 3 weeks off during my holidays.

Hey I was wondering if there was any way to make the center bar where the text is displayed more transparent so you would see the image more?
Is that just a matter of changing a number value in the xml or is it more involved then that?

I really like this skin-I am going to start working on the tv xml I think Ive got this xml stuff figured enough to cut and paste my way thru

dwoodz: Yeah you just have to add <dimColor></dimColor> to the background. (<description>MY TV BACKGROUND</description>)
but then white text probably wont work that good together if you make it too transparent
