Thanks but that won't do it. I'm looking to put it in the basic home screen of xface instead of 'news', ie when you rotate to the plug in section.

Anyone know how to amend the bottom three quick links on the Plugins options. At the moment it says weather, plugins and News. Any way I can swap news for 'My Programs'??

Thanks for this awesome skin, i love my htpc now.

I've removed the white bar in the bottom of the screen in the whole skin and I like the way it looks now, the white was too bright for me. One problem persist still though. In mymovies, on the imdb screen the text produced by "plot" and "cast" which is presented in the area that previously was white and now is dark, the text is still grey and on a dark background it is hard to read. I wonder if it is easy for me to change this text to white myself, without any experience programming? please help me.

Open the BasicHome.xml file in notepad. Near the bottom find the section 'Other submenu 3".

Replace the hyperlink, and label with these values;

<label>My Programs</label> - or Games etc....
<hyperlink>3</hyperlink>
Save, and reload MP.

now, if you dont mind, where do I find the textstring which is displayed under the selected video in filmstrip view? I would like to change this also to white from black.

For example, if i move the mouse over a video, under it is shown three rows of information. this is the text i want to change to white. BTW, is it possible to customize which text is shown here? for example, I would like year, genre, runtime and IMDB rating.

You can edit this information in myvideo.xml. Look for 'item labels' and try different font colours.

Make a backup first, and have at it. If you break something, restore the backup.
I do not know where every item needs editing, normally things are labelled well inside the skin file. I'll make a change, load MP and see what I have done and preceed from there.

Radio stations gone

Hi

After I installed MediaPortal-svn--03-31-2008--05-02-Rev18436 the my radio stations are gone. If I use the Blue skin the are back. But not with Xface :-(

Any ideas?
