Xface Skin Version 1.6 ready for download 09.06.2008 (3 Viewers)

hello all, I have just updated to the newest version of MP RC1. Had a couple questions when updating xface. I no longer see a cache folder so I can clear the cache of the skin. Can anyone tell me where this is located?

I also dont see the database folder so I could copy the movies back in so i dont have to redue all of them. Can someone please help me out. Thanks in advance ~Kris

do a search for *.db3

i did a search for the *.db3 files and there is nothing. I even tried to get the imdb data for another movie hoping that it would create the .db3 file but still no luck. What is really weird is there is no cache folder either. Anyone else have any ideas

if you installed it on C: drive - search C:\ for *.db3

ok i dont mean to be an idiot but i have been using MP a long time and still cannot seem to find the database folder or the skin cache folder. I have totally uninstalled and reinstalled RC1.

Has anyone else ran into this issue?

Not sure if you have to enable "show hidden files and folders" to be able to see it, as Vista user.

In Vista

skin cache is at C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Cache
database is at C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Database

you need to show hidden folders as PD stated.

ahhhh stupid me i just figured it out I downloaded TVSERIES and watched the path where it was saving the images. Thank you so much. I guess I should have checked back here about 5 minutes ago. haha. Thanks again guys for all of your help. I had the search not searching hidden files thats why they wouldnt show up.

I get an Error when starting MP:
SELECTED SKIN IST OUTDATED.

with the actuall svn...

any ideas?

change version to 0.9.2.0 in references.xml in skin folder.
