Thanks for that great skin. My first issues are solved with the update from SVN.
But i found a new one. I dont't have i screen shot, but i am sure it is easy to find.
It's in the radio epg where the "current time cursor" on the upper side of the epg window should appear.
Up there i can see a short line of text which says that there is text missing. I use the german translation of MP, can someone confirm, that this bug also appears in the english version....

Any chance of IMDB data showing up in shares view for this skin in the next version? Or does anyone have modded xmls to share? Also, actors etc. in TV-Series as in Monochrome, is that a possibility? X-Face is really sweet on the eyes and very fast, but as you're spoiled by the added functionality of Monochrome and such it's missing out on a big crowd, and that's too bad.

Help with fanart

Hi i am a newbie and would like your help in setting up fanart to use with xface.
When i try to enable fanart in xface it gives an error for a missing file tvseriesfanart.xml in xface
i have searched the forum for this xml file but couldnt find anything. is it related with my installation setup or am i missing something?
By the way i am using the latest SVN for mediportal and xface (latest svn in the last page)

You need the plugin TVSeries and XFACE.
Try to reinstall the XFACE skin.

What do you mean with "enable fanart"?
You must enable TVSeries and after that you must copy the FANART images under "Documents and Settings" ... !

Putting images in thumbs/fanart solved the problem, both my fanart and episode thumbnails appear. Thanks for your help.

But with the xface open and i am in season or series main screen. If i click info on the remote, i have the fanart as an option. If i select it then i have the error for an invalid or missing file in xface/tvseriesfanart.xml.

New MP v 1.0.0.0 RC1 and xface 1.6

Hi,

First of all, I LOVE xface, and have been using it since it's early days, but I seem to be experiencing an issue with the latest version.

I just performed a fresh install of MP 1.0.0.0 RC1 and tried to use the latest xface, 1.6, but when I launch MP, I get a warning that this skin is out of date. I click "OK", and MP launches with no apparent issues, but I'm wondering why this warning banner comes up, and how do I get rid of it?

I think my problem has been solved. I downloaded the latest SVN, and that seemed to fix the issue..I should have tried that first before posting..sorry!

Anyone fancy tidying up tvminiguide.xml for gibmans new addition, the graphics and xml file are taken from bluetwo wide with latest svn today.

This skin is my favourite, I am happy to use it even with few bugs in it.
Can anyone confirm the Weather and VideoEditor problems are fixed?
I have installed the skin with RC1 (no SVNs applied) and still have the same weather plugin problem as well as VideoEditor is missing the slider.
Before installing the plugin I have deleted cache folders in case someone asks.
