btw, it seems to update the music lib while the mediaportal plugin movingpictures crashed.
Its real slow, but thats problaby got to do with the fact that i have a huge database, i'll keep it going for a while
[edit] with the movingpuctures plugin active, it crashes when it updates
so i disabled moving pictures, and trying now with only music
this seems to work more or less...i am not sure it indexes the whole libraray
also, i dont see fanart, or all album covers...[its seems to be still updating]
this is a real good start !!! it looks amazing, i am so gratefull...thanks again!

Well yatse download images on the background so you can use the software quickly after the library init (it won't download files each times ).
As i know MediaPortal does not support Fanart for Music or MyMovies, for now i just know how to get them with MovingPictures and MPTvSeries (check cheezey post for minimal release i think 2.6.3). If i'm wrong and have more information about that please show me the direction i'm not a Media Portal expert user (well not really a user too

I'll have a look on this plugin and see to add support (Not right now as i need my ... internet back but soon )
I'm already in touch with cheezey with this bug and the other one on already used port we will release a new test build soon to get more info on your specific problem
We have both worked hard on making MPCC compatible with Yatse we will finish it to be perfect
Don't harass him with bug continue to report here with logs i'll do the checks then correct or transmit

ok, installed the new MPCC, and retried. Same effect. seems the same error to me, i included the log.
btw. Yatze notified that there was a change in the remote, and i had to confirm that in the settings (nice feature!)

Ok so the problem is in Moving Pictures not MPCC
There will be a new version and we will see witch images may be missing to do a bug report to MovingPictures
Tolriq.
That's correct when you disable the moving picture plugin there is no error.
Music fan art is visable. only not when you push the info button.... i know this is a beta version.....

For MovinpPictures that's not really a test as MPCC detect if it"s present and don't interrogate if it's not so no crash even on the MPCC code in this case
What do you mean with fanart visible ? You mean albums covers are not visible when clicking info ?
If you speak about nothing shown when clicking on info on the artist view it's normal since it should show only the artist biography, but it seems that MP by default does not scrape them. So you may end up with a black screen with nothing.
Should add a label saying that there's no information
