Have not bien able to give it a full testrun yet, but looks good so far....

Havent seen the playlist bug yet, altho the playlist function inside the YoutubeFM plugin does not seem to work yet...

Anyway the plugin is not interfering with other plugins or MP's playlist function

I still have the playlist bug.
Switching off the app again solves the problem

I made i another version, used SilentExcept modification.
New thinks :

• Updated latest google api
• Experimental support for video quality
• The playlist bug should solved

If somebody can play youtube HD videos, pls let me know what codec it is used, in my system i don't find any codec to play this files.
If the playlist bug isn't solved pls write the steps how reproduce it.

In the next i will remove the the external player, i think not to much users use it.

Hey loving the plugins... Just some details and bugs thought you might wanna check out..

1... In "Now Playing" view it seems if you go too far to the right of the screen while going through the videos at the bottom you get stuck and can't navigate any more. Also a few GUI glitches like the viewing screen is slightly wrong to the background border png....

2... When going to High Quality the system acts very strange, I get static for sound and the video appears to be in fast forward...

3... When going to Playlist mode no image is shown, is this the only way you can integrate Scrobbler playlists... It would be nice to see it inside your menu system.. I take it this can not be done though, can we at least get images in there... Thanks....

Hope I don't come across critical, would just love to see this polished up as it's an awsome and very modern idea..

Oh sorry one more thing... What is the Hover called for this plugin, tryed "my last.fm.png" and "last.fm.png" and no luck. Thanks

This depend a lot on available bandwidth and the used codec ( i use SAF and 2mb/s internet and work great, this only true for HQ videos not for HD )

In this stage no hover are defined, i try to add in next release , if you have a nice hover, pls. post it

I really need some help from a skinner, the base skin is a mess

Not a big thing, but would be nice.

I setup in MediaPortal configuration that YouTube should start with 'Favorites'. But this is'nt saved.
If I go back in it disappeared already and so shows the front-end never my favorites from start.

I can of course select them manual.

Would be nice if you can fix that.


Please let me know if you need more details or hardcopy.

• defaul value for video quality
• setting for sms style keyboard
• context menu in nowplaying screen
• thumbs in playlist
• instant play option (i don't find any good name)

Instant play is activated when you play a music and execute the specified action, the plugin will search for played item in YouTube and play it, if you have some idea bout it let me know
