What am I doing wrong here:

Entered my "...@gmail.com and password" in youtube.fm. And created login and added it for last.fm. I tried my gmail and my youtube login, niether works.

Looks like yours problem is codec related see this link https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/onlinevideos-244/codec-setup-get-all-online-videos-play-58837/. To put in main menu depend what skin do you use ....

I use the standard BlueWide skin that comes with mediaportal 1.0.2.
It would be very cool to have it here instead.

I will take a look the codec guide.

wormhole2k - do you mean you just want youtube.fm in the Main Menu on MyHome or on BasicHome? If you are using MyHome, then just use the Home Plugin in MP Configuration. You can choose what displays on the Main Menu and what displays on the Plugins menu and in which order. If you mean BasicHome, then you have to modify the skin.

Ah pretty nice. Didn knew that one.
I am just "missing" the MyRadio instead of Weather here an ofcourse the youtube.fm plugin.
I cannot with the myhome get the youtube.fm plugin on the mainscreen unfortunately. Just move it around in the plugin/extensions section.

Sorry, I mislead you before, the Home Plugin only configures the order. To determine what displays on MyHome vs Plugins, you set it in the main MP Plugins Config window. When you select a Plugin, at the bottom you will see buttons for "In Home" or "In Plugins" the one greyed out is where it is currently set. If you want it in Home, click the "In Home" button. The Plugins with green text below the icon display in My Home, in blue text display in Plugins and in black text are disabled.

Thanks. It is working now. Very nice plugin. love it!

Install Hali Mediasplitter - No luck
Installed ffdshow (newer version) - No Luck
Installed SAF and changed codecs in mediaportal to MPC where I could. Then it worked.

@ Dukus - why is this plugin not listed under Popular/Maintained Plugins? I believe you meet all the criteria, maybe you just need to apply to an admin/moderator (whoever they are! I can never figure that out - but as you are an official developer, you probably know!) This is the best plugin for music videos on my system and I think many more users would benefit from it if it was more visible.

I newer thought about it. I don't know if it is popular or not , i don't know how measure the popularity . I talk with an operator .....
