I know, reading can be difficult; but take a look on page 4.

Thanks! I'll try it tonight

Version 0.3.2 fixed my broken video problem, but I still have a problem whenever I switch to my Playlist (taken from my YouTube acccount), I can't get my YouTube videos to play fullscreen. Only when I select a video from the standard views it plays fullscreen?! What am I doing wrong?

It's normal (I guess), but it isn't such a big problem, is it ?

Plugin works with MP1.0.

Don't think so, because I can not get my playlist videos to play fullscreen, nor can I switch to fullscreen?!? This doesn't happen when I select a video from the standard views (e.g. Most Viewed).

    Playlist functionality still broken

I installed the 0.3.2 version as posted on December 28th, and the playlist bug is still there?! Is this version really different from the one posted on page 4 of this forum thread?
I really love this plugin, keep up the good work!!!

    Cool but...

...there seems to a problem if I do not play the videos in full screen (in full screen I see the video, all ok). If not in full screen and plaging them with the "Show Now Playing in Place of Full Screen" checked (MP plugin configuration) I see just something on the right border side of my TV screen (seems like some video, but I cannot recognize since I cannot see what it is). I have attached a Screenshot and the error logs for MP. I had no errors before installing the youtube plugin. So I think it is related to it somehow.

Something is wrong with the config I assume. Maybe it is optimized using a 16:9 TV? I am using a 4:3 TV, I run MP with a resolution of 1024x768. Maybe this can be fixed? Can you tell me where to do this? Or maybe you plan to integrate this fix within your next release?

Thank you very much in advance! Keep on developing this great plugin! I love it :D:D

    By the way...

...I noticed that youtube.fm causes strange behaviours with the music plugin. The track list is strange. I will try to explain the behaviour.

    Normal:
-> When I select a music track in MP all tracks being in the same direcroty are enqueued and played. Hitting the next-button results in playing the next song in queue. So far so good.

    With youtube.fm enabled:
-> The songs are not all enqueued, I have to explicitly add them all to the playlist. But what is even more strange is, that for playlists with more than 2 songs hitting the next-button results in always playing the second track. No matter what song currently was playing. If I select the songs directly in the playlist it works. Furthermore No manipulation of the playlist is possible. I cannot change the ordering of the tracks or remove a single track from the playlist once it has been enqueued to it. It is only possible to remove all.

I hope my description is "understandable" and it helps in making this plugin software even better... :p

This is behaviour i have too with this plugin in v0.3.1 and v0.3.2.

To get your old playlist behaviour back, uninstall the plugin trough "Mediaportals Plugins-Skins Installer"

The v3.0 release is usable for me and doesnt mess up with the playlist handeling, so i would say thats the verion to use at this moment.

    My settings:
    YouTube player = Enabled

    YouTubeFM=Enabled (duh)
    Username and pass filled
Only "Enable Music Video Filtering" is selected

This makes it a very usable plugin for me, without messing up the playlist handeling.

Hi, somewhere in the first posts Dukus said that the only "true" skin supported in Blue3Wide; Blue3 is only a copy of the wide one, this explain your (and mine) wrong visualization....

A 4:3 optimization is needed; don't know if someone in the meantime has already done it (I'm not able to do....) :(

    For Dukus
    Hi Dukus,
    could I suggest you to:

    - Clean up the attachments in the first post or, better, attach only the last version and delete the others?
    - Change the subject of the first post according with the last version (for example: "youtube.fm 0.3.2"), so a new update will immediatly be visible?

Just my thoughts, However a very good plugin, :D

    Hi Jan,

currently I have solved it by disabling the youtube.fm plugin. You do not have to uninstall it. I will give the version 0.30 a try tomorrow and post my experience here... Till then, god night :D

    Hi Cybertex,

ok this explains the strange behaviour. Thank you for the information. So is there anybody having done the optimization for a 4:3 screen? If not, can someone please eyplain me how to do this? Then I will do it, I have free time at the moment ;)

About your improvement suggestions: I find it very usefull, if there are also the old version attached. E.g., because I want to try out the 0.30 version and otherwise would not have a possibility to get them! So please leave also the old versions attached to the post! :D

    @ Cybertex: :sorry: ;)

Version 0.3 breaks playback of my MKV videos, The YouTube player tries to start whenever you wanna start a MKV video. Version 0.3.1 solved this issue but introduced the playlist bug (introduced with 0.3.1). So, whatever version I use, it breaks some of my favourite funtions of MP:(
Hopefully, Dukus can fix both soon...

    Dukus, many thanks in advance!!!
