"0002229: AnyDVD and S3/S4 combination causes incorrect behavior with autoplay" should be removed since it is fixed now on new AnyDVD versions and it causes slight usability issue when user changes DVD / Blu-ray "too quicky".

As we load filter only based on file name, we can load a wrong filter ( for example coming from WinTV) if this hasa higher merit.
Proposed fix is to load filter based on a combination of filename and CLSID.

in RC1 you can again configure the videocodecs to use W7 DTV-DVD as mpeg2 codec and coreavc as h.264 codec.
