Just gave it a try with 17544.

The range detection is not working.

I get the same results for the other diseqc ports too.

    Hi dman_lfc,

I e-mailed geniatech, requesting support documentation for adding diseqc control into Mediaportal. They responded with the following & attachment.

    ---------------------------
    Dear Developer:

Here is the DiseQc control sample code. Any question please let me know.

    ------------------------

I don't know if the attached will be of use to you or not. Let me know if you would like me to test anything further.

P.S. I just used the little utility included in the archive, & using it I could manually enter the freq., pol., A/V PIDS, & then use the diseqc menu to issue diseqc commands. This allowed me to switch between a channel on port 2 & a channel on port 3. I used

    E0 10 38 F4 for port 2
    E0 10 38 F8 for port 3

OK new code is in SVN 17589 or later - try that.
Your card should be detected as a conxant DVB-S card and then send the commands E0 10 38 F0 -> FF depending on the switch port, lnb switch requirement and polarity

Tested with 17605 tonight - It works!!

    Nice job dman_lfc

That archive I got from the software support staff at geniatech, appears it must have been the reference bundle from Conexant, which was likely sent to all OEMs looking to produce the reference design board.

I wonder how many different cards are now supported by the code you added. I know at least the Digiwave 103g, & Geniatech Digistar should now be supported.

    Thanks for all your effort.

    Excellent!
Yes all Conexant based boards with generic BDA drivers should now work with TVServer :D
    Thanks for the SDK.

Dman, can individual users change the definitions of NA Custom 1 or 2? I'm trying to get 22KHz enabled with a 10750 LNB.
I can use the "override default LNB settings" and that works, but it screws up my C band channels (I have a combined C band / Ku Band LNBF).

Just checkbox and scan one lnb at a time with correct values. Then scan the next lnb with its value. Does that not work?

I've already done a massive scan and cleaned out the non-FTA channels I don't want. Was hoping to not have to do that again.

Once the channels are found (tuning frequency, pmt) I wouldn't think I should have to re-scan.

I just need to tell TVServer which LNB, with corresponding polarity / LOF settings, lives where (DiSEqC port)
