IN the GUI, bring up the menu and select ForceLocalMatch on the series. It will then re-import it and you will have the choice to pick Aired order.

1 : Day 4: 7:00 A.M.-8:00 A.M.
     Episode # = 1 (aired order)
     DVD Episode = 2

So 7am-8am if using aired order is episode 1, but using dvd order is episode 2
that is why your 'episode1' had to be named as 'episode2' if you use dvd order.
