Edit: Does it matter where I have MP x64 installed?
No, doesn't. Important is IMON SW path and your is correct. "C:\Program Files (x86)\SoundGraph\iMON"
This is bit odd. To be honest I have no idea what is wrong. There is no reason why would app close. No crash report in events?

    Yes, seems a dll missing?

@Lichloathe, this is my bad. I forgot to add two more libs into the package. Please redownload the package again and unpack iMON libs too.

Edit: the MPx86Proxy can handle the remote control too and needs iMON official API libs

Ok, so the proxy app runs now. (y) Still no response in MP though. I've attached logs.

    Maybe

Can you switch log verbosity to debug?
And where did you get the LCD drivers? They are 32bit only anyway, you can delete them.

Sorry to say, I have to hit the hay  it's 2AM here in WA.

I think I know where the problem might be.
I'll do a bit of testing over the weekend and see what I can come up with.
Pretty sure it's to do with some changes to the imon and minidisplay drivers from a few years ago. I changed to it because of what I thought was an upgrade (I'll dig through the forum tomorrow).
I am using "attached file 8.jpg" plugin type with x86 MediaPortal and the imon software 8.12.1202
    Thanks again.

You have to switch type to "SoundGraph iMON USB VFD/LCD Plugin => 8.12.1202"
