Tested 3 times, both as an upgrade and as from scratch, all attempts are successful.

It looks like a problem with the Internet, the file either could not download or it was downloaded broken.
Try again. I just installed it on mine without any problems.

Yes downloading again worked, It installed fine.

You didn't have to do that, just run the installation again. But if it works, it's fine.

Error I'm getting when trying to register MPUrlSourceSplitter (x64) with .bat file. OnlineVideos does not find URL for videos from any link, including in YouTube.

If you have some problem to register directshow filters make sure you have installed:
Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x64)
Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x64)
Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable (x64)

When i had this issue i needed to install "Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x64)"

I have 2010 2013 and 2015 installed (from the install screen). I'm attempting a x64 reinstall.
