For me not the MiniDisplayLibrary.dll
seems to be the problem, it seems when i start the MP.exe the proxy does not start. If i started the proxy before, the display works fine.

But it is strange, that the config.exe starts the proxy on its own, when i config the display, but the Mp.exe does not start it up.
Did you put the MiniDisplayLibrary.dll only in c:\program files\team mediaportal

or is there another path where it need to be replaced?

Will post the logs in the evening, when I am home again
Here are the logs...

    Here is a problem:
    Code:

It seems the MP cannot start the proxy app for some reasons. Administrative rights?

Sadly it does not make any difference if the option "start as admin" is on or off in the mpx86proxy.exe

It works if the proxy is allready running but it does not start the proxy

Looks like the problem was in creating log file within MP app folder. Now the proxy uses standart MP log folder.
Verified. Now it works without admin rights.

    Bravo @Pablik (y)
    It now works perfectly!

To copy the new MPx86proxy to C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal you are asked to promt the popup that you need admin rights to copy the file there. So far so good. Don't know why, but on the first try / copy there were adminrights set for MPx86proxy.exe. As soon as the tick for admin rights is set, it does not work.

Tried it again and copied the file again and this time the tick was not not set after copy and it worked perfectly!

Maybe this has something to do with the folder rights of the MP installation folder. But I guess it is nothing to worry about, as the MP 1.32 installation package will manage this, when the 1.32 final is out.

Really good job on porting MP to x64! Thank you so much!

    Many thanks for this conversion!

Could you please also compile the Moving Pictures plugin?

With MP x86 my iMON LCD display only works with this configuration:

    MiniDisplay configuration.png

Although MPx86Proxy runs my display doesn't work with MP x64.

    Soundgraph iMON 8.1.2.1202 is installed.

"SoundGraph iMON USB VFD/LCD Plugin >= 8.12.1202" from your instructions is not available in the type list:

    MiniDisplay configuration (2).png

Any chance to get this display type running with MP x64?
