In the latest MP version the MPx86Proxy should start automatically (if not running already) when needed. Tested by myself.Does the proxy work with Windows autostart, or do I have to create a Task via windows task scheduler?

Glad to hear that.500 ms did the trick; no more lag when I stop the movie, no more freeze on exit.
It works down to 400ms, with 350ms I get lags when stoping movies and crashes on exit. But 400ms seem good at the moment.Glad to hear that.
Thanks for the logs and assistance. I'll try figure out the problem.
Forgot to mention that you can use argument -h to start MPx86Proxy hidden.Does the proxy work with Windows autostart, or do I have to create a Task via windows task scheduler?
Edit: A Task via task scheduler with admin rights and a start delay of 30 seconds works perfect!
Thank you @Pablik for your effort and your help!
Well, actually there is no resctriction to specific version. What matters is path to this library:@Pablik did you ever try to make the proxy work with the imon 7_77_1022_01?
I used this version for years now. And now I know why: 8_12_1202 made problems on my system years ago. So I rolled back to 7_77 which worked flawless for me.
Maybe this is worth a try, maybe 7_77 is more stable.
With the 400ms I was able to provoke a crash listening to music using the graphic equalizer. With the limit of refreshs to 10 it worked without crash @400ms.
C:\Program Files (x86)\SoundGraph\iMON\SG_VFDU.dll
If you also want to try 7_77Well, actually there is no resctriction to specific version. What matters is path to this library:

I don't have the 7_77_1022_01 version so you can give it a try.
Well, it's working, but you have to make a copy(don't delete original) of SG_VFD.dll and rename it to SG_VFDU.dll in soundgraph application folder. If you also want to try 7_77
What's interesting in 7_77 x64 drivers are included
