Active timeshift with closed TV (1 Viewer)

Hi,
pilotedge, I can confirm the issue you see but it's a new one & only happens when:
1 start to watch a channel
2 start manual rec until stop
3 stop watching tv
4 try to stop rec (here a error in the log occur & this it's a new issue)

I've also noticed something strange with latest svn(08-16-2008 Revision:19936) which definetly haven't been there before. I have a DVB-C card.

Steps to reproduce:
1 start recording a program ( a channel with epg)
2 start timeshifting the same channel
3 stop tv by pressing 'b' or stop on remote
4 timeshifting continues, but tv screen in tvhome becomes black, but tv on/off button is in mode "on"

If you instead press the tv on/off button in tv home at step 3 timeshifting stops as expected, but if you instead follow all four steps above and try to turn off tv from the tv on/off button as step 5 then you have to press it twice, first get image back to the tv screen in tvhome and then to turn it off.

Also if you're watching any other channel than the one being recorded 'b' or remote stop button also stops the timeshifting as expected.

I was looking for the cause of this bug, I do not know why this is happening, but it does - Tv-server sometimes is timeshifting forever after the client stopped watching TV.
