Are you sure it isn't working?
FM radio is already supported and working for most tuners.
Maybe you should provide log files so that we can double-check...?

According to the inf file:
%YUAN.DeviceDesc% = MOD7000.Device,USB\VID_1164&PID_2EDC ; C version + 2260 single

I don't know what this "C version" means.

If the hardware + driver supports FM radio, I'd expect to see a second tuner - analog instead of DVB-T (digital) - in the TV Server channel list. If there is no analog tuner, the FM radio support must be via proprietary interfaces. You'd need documentation (SDK - software development kit) for the proprietary interfaces in order to add support. I don't have any DiBCOM SDK, so I don't think I can help you...

In the UK, many of our FM radio stations are also broadcast as part of the DVB-T datastream for TV, and hence are receivable via a DVB-T or DVB-T2 tuner. Does that happen in France? If so, your DVB-T tuner should be able to receive them (may not be quite the same selection of radio stations as FM).
