Add hyperlink parameter to TvPlugin to enhance menu options

Parameters:
NoCommand - Do current behavior, DEFAULT
FullScreen - Start playing current TV channel in FullScreen
FullScreen(channel) - Start playing named channel in FullScreen
NoFullScreen - Start playing current TV channel in TvHome view
NoFullScreen(channel) - Start playing named channel in TvHome view
TVOff - Show TvHome with TV turned off
ActiveRecordings - Show ActiveRecordings in TvHome view with TV turned off
ActiveStreams - Show ActiveStreams in TvHome view with TV turned off

Makes skinning more flexible, you can add a menu entry to FullScreen TV, or to TvHome or to individual channels if you like. github pull request will come later - not able to connect from here.

Forgot to mention, patch is against 1.2.2 tag, OK? Just learning my way around git.

Not much interest in this feature? Just to aid some testing, here is a compiled version for 1.2.2. Put it into Plugins/Windows (make a backup of the original one please).

Edit your basic home (or other screen) to include a Hyperlink and HyperlinkParameter entry to the TV plugin.

If I understand this correctly, I could add a menu option when tv is playing fullscreen?
(I don't have the possibility to test now)

The reason I ask is that I'm working on a PiP-plugin for MP 1.x, it would be very handy if one could launch PiP from a menu in fullscreen tv (or video).

Sorry, other way around. You can add buttons to home screen to directly go to fullscreen or tv screen with current or defined tv channel.

You would want to add an option to osd (skin) or option menu

Should mantis this for 'not planned yet' and then get approval/make a decision about whether this goes into 1.3.0Beta.

I was hoping for the approval when setting 1.3 beta as target
Code changes are minimal and can be reviewed quick. I'll set it to another version when it gets postphoned - but by keeping it in line for 1.3 we won't forget about it.
