Is anybody updating this skin in SVN?

May have missed something here but dont you need to be an authorized user on sourceforge to commit files to SVN site?

I will be modding a few of the files for various plugins I use so would be could to get them uploaded when fully tested.

I've added a couple of missing files to svn and updated some but it isn't complete. I will go through all the pages in this thread and upload them to svn.

For some screens like BasicHome or TVSeries there are different flavours. A default version should be picked and the others can be maintained in a subdirectory. Kind of like with the Monochrome package.

I'll post an update on this tomorrow

Maybe its time to put Aeon Wide into the repository as a Release, but this would need every fix that has been posted here, as the svn is way behind what is available if you go through every post here.

Even things like focus buttons for the context menu's are suggested, but xml or png never uploaded, this can be a total nightmare to a noob trying to get this skin working without going through every single page.

As a noob who has been out of touch for the past month or so, I'd DEFINITELY vote for someone to do this. I'm currently using the old Aeon 0.1.1 port, which is great, but it sounds like nothing compared to what's going on here.

Can you guys please let me know which TVSeries layout you use? I would like to know which one to use as default in svn. I've set up a new thread here so we can keep this one clean

You can access the FanArt menu from the main Series screen. Highlight the series you want to download FanArt for. Go to the context menu and select Fanart.

Hi, Sambal, and thanks for your quick answer... You're completely right, I didn't know FanArt menu was available there. So you quickly solved half my problem

The space for the season picture should not be empty. Even if there is one season and it skips to it directly it should still show the season picture. Can you see the right picture if you select the season in the Configuration tool?

I've checked it... Yes, I can see the right picture in the configuration tool. Back in MediaPortal, I just see a season picture when there's more than one season. As I said yesterday, I had a series with just one season and no pic. When I added the second season, suddenly both pictures for both seasons showed up.

I've committed the first changes to subversion.

These changes include:

Modified directory structure like monochrome

Aeon wide
  - Aeon wide [actual skin files]
     - Media
     - Sounds
  - Font
  - MP-TVSeries
     - Aeon wide logos 
          - Logo Rules  [ Logo and Formatting rules ]
          - Logos          [ BlackSilver Glas version ]

All changes to images and xml's posted in this thread are uploaded to svn. Also a couple of changes i hadn't posted in the forum yet.

I've uploaded my version of the BasicHome xml. This one has the FanArt fix and the same buttons as the original one. If you want other placement of the menuband or other buttons, jburnettes menu generator is the way to go.

As for the MP-TVSeries screens a couple of different versions will be posted to svn. Which ones depend on this thread.

People working on this skin with subversion access please also upload your changes to svn. For all the others that make changes, just upload to the forum, i will commit these changes to svn.

Maybe someone can provide a updated rar.

Please report all issues you come across.

This is a grey version of menu's to try and keep in theme with skin, you need the original black focus buttons for this to work

Just noticed, when going into Recorded TV, focus is not on recordings, but menu.

Here's a updated xml for having focus on recordings, so immediate playback\scrolling occurs.
