Allow MediaPortal to be installed on windows 10 Technical Preview (1 Viewer)

Since the Windows Technical Preview is officially launched, we're preparing MediaPortal for this upcoming OS.
MediaPortal 1.9 Final doesn't install on this Technical Preview.

Since there are already a few forum posts, we've created a build for you to test on this upcoming OS.
Use the link below to download the installer. It's the same as 1.9 Final (+ few new features).

The most important thing for now is to test if the install process goes well.
Let us know how it goes and don't forget to post logs if you run into issues!
If you run into issues, and have the possibility to test this installer also on a Win 8 (or 7) system, it would be nice to know if the issue(s) on Windows 10 OS also happen on 'older' OS.

Confirmed, the installer is around 64mb, so something seems not correct

Awesome, loads and installs. Now I've just got to remember how to get the EPG working as it is a loong time sic I last configured the system
