Have a look in c:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\database for a file called MusicDatabaseV<something>.db3
The filename should match what's configured for MP MyMusic as per http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/@api/deki/files/2732/=MPExtended_Configurator_-_Plugins.png
