Analog Teletext Broken (1 Viewer)

With latest SVN, I've noticed that teletext with analog part of my Hauppauge HVR-1300 doesn't work.
The error message is: can't add WST codec.
I remember that there was a problem with languages different from English (I use Vista32 Italian).
Could it be that?

I don't think that the language problem, which should be already fixed, is the reason for your problem. The WST codec which can't be added is a windows filter and therefor there must be another reason. A log could be very helpful.

WST Codec Filter

This component has been removed from Windows Vista and later operating systems. It is available for use in the Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Server 2003 operating systems.
