Analog TV+Fm help please- Not working (3 Viewers)

HI Vertiger..

We i checked and checked and i did have the card set as hybrid as per info..

Anyway since then i really buggered it. I did a update to the latest snapshot and now
the TV server wont start. It opens the config screen but dont show any of the options..

The server service is running or so it says but the Tv server thinks its not and wont continue..

Do you know any tricks to this..

Well im back to where i was ..

I can scan digital no problem but analog does not find anything..

I can get analog un its own app and in Windows media centre..

Unsure of what to do now..

What about adding logs after a scan so it is possible to see whats going on & why it doesn't work on analog?

Hi,
Seems like you need to install a encoder (not thesame as decoder), this it's probably because it is a software part of the card. If you're card it's not shipped with one check here.

I have installed the encoder and now it scans and finds some channels.

When i try one i get a failure unknown error.

I have attached a log again ..

Hi,
The log doesn't show much(& not from a start watch channel), try again & attach both tv.bak & tv.log..

Thankyou for your help..

I just cleared the log and then done a scan. I then tryed to view one of the channels in media portal
as well as the preview in the TV server.

What software encoder did you install/use?

I installed the WinDVR3 as being the first in the list..

IT runs and i can get the channels in it..
