hmm will nicht drängeln (da ist aber halt dieser unabstellbare inneren drang ):

when will the next version be available this week
- couse today i'll get my next android tablett (the Archos 7)
and i would like to use the "german" version

and i hope to get the problem with the "video-covers" solved with this tablett
(by the way: does anybody got a link for a "how-2-use-fanart-correct" maybe in german?
only have found one in englisch http://code.google.com/p/fanart-handler/wiki/UserGuide )

Very nice early release DieBagger, good job ! I will test the functionality further.

For me a good excuse to buy a tablet to make live with MP easier

First of all, thanks for a great app! Looks very promising.

I noticed in the very short time I've been playing with it, that if you have live tv on and try to start a movie or a series, the tv just keeps on going. Something does happen, because the screen goes black for a moment. Didn't have time to gather logs or anything, but I thought it might be worth mentioning just in case it's reproducible easily. I'm on a multi-seat setup if that makes any difference.

A couple of suggestions (that may have been suggested):

-a different version for tablets (more room for controls)
-landscape (again, for tablets)
-If I pick a TVSeries episode or a Moving Pictures movie, it should be played with that plugin. Playing it as a file messes the pretty names in MiniDisplay.

Full logs attached. Happens every time. Start TV from basic home. Try to play a movie/episode on pc with ampdroid. TV just keeps playing.

i cant install the GmaWebService, it doesn't create a windows service or any folders. Anyone has a suggestion?

edit: same for the 4tr core service, looks like the installers just dont work. Is there any kind fo debug option for the installers?

Hello, i had the same problem ...

The reason is probably that your WindowsFirewall is disabled ...

Enabling it, resolve the pb for me

Thanks, that solved the problem! Just had to enable the firewall service for the installation.

Great work this plugin is really nice, works like a charm here (W7 64bit, MePo 1.2.0b)! I only have a few suggestions...

It whould be nice to see in the series view which episodes are already watched (or is it in there already and i just miss it?)

Wake on Lan whould be really great. There is another Android Wifi Remote plugin around here that already has it.

little bug? in TV-Series:

the plugin sorts not all series alphabetical
(three series run out of the ABC).

exsample with "M":

- it shows all series alphabetical -
but "M" was twice - once correct (McGyver & MASH)
and once again at the end if the list after "Y" with "Medium"

View change didn't brought any change.

EDIT:

another suggestion -
if i am in TV-Series - Serie - Season
than play on PC (not local) and i press the info - only file name is posted,
not the synopsis of the file which runs on the screen.

if i start it with the "normal" remote funktion it is shown after pushing the "i" button.

I have the same 'problem' and i think it might have something to do with recently added episodes/series. At least in my case all recently added series show up at the bottom of the list, where they appear alphabetical again.

With the current version, series/movies are not sorted at all, so you get the order in which the items got added to the db. The new version already sorts by name...

IT looks awsome on Acer A500, gut I've the Problem that I can't start music playback. I can just choose "Download".
It works fine with my Samsungphone.
