Im under the impression that aMPdroid doesn't support the Radio functionality of the TV server? I'm a bit old fashioned I guess, but I really like to listen to my radiowebstreams now and then and so so if my GF. (WAF ) I searched this thread for the word 'radio', turned op zilch. I'd be really missing such a feature.

You're right, radio is currently not supported. What sort of features would you expect from a radio section?

You're right, radio is currently not supported. What sort of features would you expect from a radio section?

Basic functionality; choose a channel from the TV server and play it, I don 't believe there's more on my wishlist
I don't know about plugins for streaming radio, I just use webstreams from the TV server, but perhaps there are possibilities there also.

It's not very high on the priority list but I do want to include radio as well at some point...

Whether it's important is in the eye of the beholder. Enough android apps of course, but isn't the point of a remote control to control things remotely? Following your line of thought: there are enough apps to listen to MP3's, FLAC's etc on your android device, so why bother? (I myself use Ampache + amdroid, works great)
The point is: I like to listen to the radio on my HTPC, because in comparison the android sound sucks and having a way of doing that without switching on my TV would be just perfect and probably way faster. Same goes for listening to my musicfiles.
