yes, I have contacted him and I decided to build a prototype for a TvScheduler <-> TvRecordings GUI integration. It's nearly finished so hope to publish it soon on this place.

I think a comskip plugin support will be usefull. Now the comskip runs every recordings but if I could setup to run or not run comskip after a record...

I'm not sure if I got your point: Do you want to choose individual for each schedule whether comskip should be executed?

I've been using TV Recordings 0.2 in the XFace Skin

However when selecting "Schedule" the next screen that pops up ( used to enter channel, times etc) is missing a background. So the prev screen with Status info shows through.

This doesn't happen when using Blue or Blue Wide skins.

Is there a particular screen I need to add to XFace to achieve this?

in order to make XFace work with the TvRecordings plugin you have to
1.) Copy the files "DialogScheduleTvRecording.xml" and "TvRecordings.xml" from "skin/BlueTwo Wide" to "skin/XFace" (as you apparently already did)
2.) Copy "dialog_schedule_rec.png" from "skin/BlueTwo Wide/Media" to "skin/XFace/Media"

This doesn't look perfect but this should do it for the first.

ich nutze für MP den PVRscheduler. (http://www.pvr-scheduler.de/)
Der hat ja eine ähnliches Plugin wie dein Plugin dabei.
Hier nutze ich aber nur die Funktion zum Wakeup und Hibernate. Die anderen Funktionen wie xmltv-update nutze ich nicht, da ich ein anderses Tool zum DVB/C-EPG Update nutze.

1. Frage:
Nun habe ich folgendes in der instaler.xmp gelesen:
"* Enable the PowerScheduler plugin in order to let your machine to be sent to sleep or waked up according to your scheduled recordings. After scheduling a recording you have to switch to the main menu in order to tell PowerScheduler to sent the machine to sleep. You must not hibernate/standby the machine manually!"
Heißt das das dein Plugin eigentlich das wakeup und Hibernate für die Aufnahme überwacht?

2. Frage:
Kann man dein Plugin "eindeutschen"?
Sprich die "strings_de" anpassen?

Bin nur soweit gekommen, das ich rausgefunden habe das es für die ID 4673 (104673 TvRecordings.xml) keine Übersetzung gibt.
