You will find in the next release there is an option to switch on extra info including runtime and resolution etc.
As for your second point spoilers and episode info are not the same thing, spoilers are tagged on to the end of descriptions if enabled.

It should already be there not sure why it's not showing up, i have just updated to 1.0.0.3 maybe that's why ?

sure, any mpei-upload to the Extension Installer list has to be manually checked and approved. It should be online now.
