If you are so exact, there has to be "Die Rosenheim Cops" Cover and also the text "Die Insel" is wrong then...

Funny effect: the played items is a recording "Die Insel" (not the movie which the cover is for). The playback position is in the <7 min pre-record time. The other issue is, that this is a false match. It's not the movie "Die Insel", but a documentation.
Besides this, the panel contains the MediaItem's cover which is also shown inside grid and list views.

Here is the modified player style, simpler, cleaner and slightly slimmer also fits more inline with the newer styles. Minor color modification to indicate player 1 and player 2

I like it. Will make the changes later today!
The different color in my screenshots have another cause: they show the "current player". Current is the one who acts on remote/key-presses. You can toggle between players to be "current", either the primary or the secondary.

Btw, I nearly regret that I asked you for image based player controls You know why? Now I need them in dark version for player control, while in OSD they are bright. With vectors I would have changed the fill and that's it. Now I have to ask you for a dark version of all player control images

I think a lot of people will start to move over to mp2 once this is finished, i think a big part of people avoiding it is the lack of a skin that makes it shine to show what it can do.
