But I got some problems.
Navigation and OK is working. But no rewind, stop, pause, and back button.

When you do not use the little program, does it do more or less?

Furthermore, I have this remote working on MCE with little modifications.
I only had to remap the Home key and the 3rd key under the navigation (which is Tab). Every other button works without problem.

Try to tell MP you are using a MCE remote.
I did not try myself, but MCE was quite happy with it.

Greetz,
Ben

Hey Bennie!

Your script looks awesome.. but for some weird reason I just cant seem to get it to work! I used both the 1st and de 2nd .exe you made, I even created one using the .ahk file. It's running fine in the taskbar..

Basicly I only want the BACK button on the remote to do a ESC/Browser back command.. but instead it does backspace no matter what I try!
Even in the .ahk file I replaced the "{ESC}" with a "{BACKSPACE}" command, but no go.

Do you have any idea what else I could try?

wOOter,

I will make time free this weekend to look at it.
I did not use my Asus Remote for a while, so it can happen that it does not work anymore.

One hint:
- Remove the script
- Configure MP to use the MCE Remote.

Most of the buttons will work now.

I will take this as offset and program the missing keys.

I have a remote control that HP Sells as an accessory to its laptops for use with InterVideo HomeTheatre software.
http://www.intervideo.com/jsp/HomeTheaterRemote_Profile.jsp

The navigation and OK buttons work in MP but none other. I tried your script but it made things even worse, some buttons stopped responding.

For now I only want Play/Pause, Next, and Prev buttons to work.

Someone please help
How do I determine what keys the remote is sending?
