There are comming colour commands in Atmohue log, but the only command is "turn to black" two times if I look LiveTV. If I go to testing its possible to turn on and change colours.
Logs I can give in two hours.

Try chaning the Static Color to this, and see if helps a bit..

That seems to be a write access error, might be that some other process is blocking it (Anti Virus perhaps?) but haven't seen it before.
You can try running it as admin but doubt that will change anything.

When I play music its ok.

Its only no colours on LiveTV.
I have to leave for today. Hope we get colours for LiveTV tomorrow.

Few questions so we can track it down:

What settings are you using in AtmoLight in both General and Hue tab (screenshots is best)?
Also in the general tab you can see the AtmoLight version number, what version number does it list there?
Can you post your settings.xml file from the AtmoHue folder?

Here are my settings

Its on the same problem, starting liveTV hue lamp turns off. Going to music it will turn on and change colours. Turning to LiveTV hue lamp turns off.

I`ve installed last version AtmoHue and AtmoLight from the first Post here.

You will need to install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistribution package. Which, i however dont know as i dont know how @Rick164 compiled this test version (1.14.2.0).
Official releases of AtmoLight need at least the 2008 version installed. If it doesnt work with 2008, my guess is he recompiled it and you need the 2013 version.

Checked out the 1.14.2.0 MPEI and it does include AtmoDXUtil.dll so something else must be going on before that log entry, could your post your entire mediaportal.log and mediaportal-error.log?
Also like @Lightning303 mentioned it might need VC++ 2013 but unsure as I didn't notice it before on my non-dev machine, best to try with VC++ 2008 first :

I'm using "set only brightness on first call"(not sure about the exact name). But I noticed sometimes the brightness is set really low out of nothing. I think it has something to do with atmoHue but i'm not sure about this. Can it be there is anything still changing brightness?

I noticed this again. Also when I go into the philips app I see light 1 has normal brightness and light2 is set to the very low. Seems atmoHue changes light2 automatically sometimes. Can this be a bug?
