    Yes, Win7 for me.
    but yesterday have issue with your tool & Atmolight ....
    Atmolight start Atmowin, but Atmowin is killed by Wokener.... in loop

    but my test was not fine, lot of stuff in the same time ...

    No clue where the other binaries are, but would suggest to keep them together.

    hummm , about management of binary ?
    Keep it in github, because used for Atmowin or same than others ? Binary only available on Google code ?

    The other binaries are for restarting Atmowin and detaching the COM ports, will leave those externally and add those only in the downloadable binary/compiled releases.
    One of the external programs "pskill.exe" might no longer be needed but will have to see how reliable .NET handles the programs restarts.

    So, missing few files yet.

    changelog.txt
    all binary file needed Pskill .... in "External Ressource" folder

    and add all link to 1st post.

    i have tested the exe on XP, it start no error. but not tested with Atmowin ...

    Added changelog.txt to repo, removed pskill dependency so only needs one external program now for handling COM reconnects.
    Github doesn't allow for adding .exe files so can't add those to External Ressource folder
