I tested the file and I'm impressed! With Win 8 enhanced live view option I have a smooth MePo gui, no lag . It seems to require a program restart when toggle the enhanced live view option. Languages seems to work ok as well.

"static" and "life" (which should be "live" or "real time") labels are switched

what else do you want me to test?

Question: How can I set atmowin to start on live view? Everytime Mepo starts it switch to off mode
