Changed DropDown to DropDownList in Configuration Dialog of AtmoLight Plugin

Add Version Information to Configuration Dialog
Changed OpenFileDialog so you can only select AtmoWinA.exe all other Filename Fails.
Resize of Configuration Dialog are disabled now.
Change Version to 1.9.0.18

i hope that will then fixed the trouble with any other Versions number which never published
i can nothing add to AtmoLight before Plugin-System is fixed.. like Picture Support and so on.
