i think that is not simple without destroy any Settings from Registry to XML
and do not Format the source again so i find after merged nothing more..

yes, i think, we must restart a new branch with all branch from NEv ( but before with master merged in all branch for solve conflict)
and merge all this branch in new one : 1.0.0.5 + Nev change

we must import also Atmoduino V2, to our repo ....
