Audio Renderer Changer (2 Viewers)

I now uploaded version 0.8.5.
Sorry for missing music section!

ARC does to things:
One is to check the section you want to change on the fly while playing media: "set audio renderes in" under "DirectShow"
The other one is to change the configuration file. This is the option at the bottom.

If you don't want to use this don't use. But some others only want to set renderers one time.... And not in the configuration. That is the background!

Thanks. I was worried there might be something messed up with my MP install, so I'm glad it was just a ARC-issue

OK, I'll just untick that other section as I don't seem to need it. As I didn't understand it I thought it best to ask what it was for, in case unticking it might affect the part I want to use (changing renderer on the fly whilst playing media).

I see quite a lot of ARC-related errors in the error.log.

I did tick the Excessive Logging box but still I imagine errors aren't good!

It doesn't seem to have helped I'm afraid.

I also can't get ARC to toggle. I have it set to Action_Next_Bookmark and that is assigned to my remote's blue button but nothing happens when I press it. I just tested by pressing k on the keyboard and that doesn't do anything either.

The version without music-section works?
Can you please test it under tv and/or video?
Please post a screenshot of your settings. Maybe there is something wrong!

The errors have gone with the RC1 version thanks.

It's not toggling properly however and just stays on " Default Directsound Device" each time I press the remote button.

So out of your logs I see that ARC starts the changinge routine, but ARC only changes to your "Default Directsound Device".
Could you please try to set another renderer in first row?

Your "Default Directsound Device" exists in the list with another name, like "HDMI" or something else. Please try with this renderer and report.

Oh I think this error occurs because the checkboxes at the bottom are checked off. Sorry there I must have an error. I think....

Not sure if i'm doing anything wrong. I am using version 0.8.3 on MePo 1.2.3. I have my remote setup correctly, and when i push the button i have mapped for ARC i am seeing the OSD on the screen and the renderer is changing there, but it is not actually changing the default audio renderer on my system at all.
