In the Bass-Player section of the configuration window, "Upmix" option always sets back to "False" (when presses ok and return back to the configuration window). Is this normal?
Edit: Seems the XML saves the information OK, but the configuration windows displays it incorrectly.
Can anyone explain what the "set renderer in Mediaportal-sections as default" does?
There's a setting under the top section "set audio renderers in" TV, DVD/Blu-ray, Videos which obviously sets which sections the renderer and ffdshow settings above will be switchable in, but this bottom setting I can't understand.
Awesome. Thanks for getting on the case so quickly
EDIT: I see the new version doesn't mention Music, only TV, DVD/Blu-Ray and Videos. Is this how it's meant to be or have I hit a bug? The ability to switch for Music is far less important to me than for video anyway, so it's no big deal if you removed Music for a reason.
I still don't understand the "set renderer in Mediaportal-sections as default" setting. I understand the "set audio renderers in" is for selecting whether the renderer can be changed by ARC in those sections, just not what this other setting does.
The version is identically to the version 0.8.3 it is only linked against the new library and the assembly version is setted to be compatible!
When you have problems with music you must be more precise...
The "set renderer in Mediaporal" is a setting which allows the plugin to change the renderer in MePo-Config! If you don't set the checkboxes after a restart of MePo all is set to default.
OK, here's a screenshot showing that ARC config isn't showing any Music section settings.
With the "set renderer in Mediaportal-sections as default", I still don't get what this is for. What renderer does it set as default in MP Config? I use ARC to toggle between two renderers when playing video in MP (which is what the "set audio renderers in" section is for) , but I don't think ARC can be used to also toggle the renderer in MP Config (I don't think that would make any sense).
Certainly the Audio Renderers for the various Codec sections in MP Config don't seem to be altered by ARC and all are set to "Default Directsound Device" except Blu-ray which I've set to Mediaportal Audio Renderer and ARC hasn't changed that, despite the DVD/Bluray box being ticked in ARC and MPAR not being listed in ARC.
