I would like to share my observations. I have a sync issue when changing
audio track on mkv files. I've observed it on 2 different systems and 2 different files.
After audio track change audio is noticeably delayed, sometimes even 1-2 secs.
Skipping forward or backward fixes synchronisation.
Pausing and then playing nothing changes - desync remains.
By the way, AC3 encoding bitrate setting (in MPAR config) seems to be not applied,
on my setup reciever reports always 448kbps on input.
Steps to Reproduce:
Play file with minimum 2 audio tracks
Change the audiotrack
