hi,

i think i have found a bug
when the plugin is installt the volume Buttons don't work. if i press the volume down button the volume up button doesn't work anymore.
i have testet with two mediaportal Clients und this error always occours when your plugin is installed.
on my living room pc it doesn't matter because i don't use mediaportal volume control there

please hava look at this

Hi Stefan,

on my PC the volume control works with the plugin running.

Which version of the plugin, the latest one?
Do you mean the volume up/down (-/=) on the keyboard or are you using a remote?

both , with Keyboard and remote it does't work. i have noticed it when i tried to watch a 3d movie as 2d with your plugin.
i can test it tomorrow again, at the Moment the plugin isn't installed and it works fine.

i used the complete 11 Version. i have copied the mediaportal, configuration and the dll file and then installed the plugin

Marcus, i have tested this and can confirm this behaviour. The volume UP keyboard button does not work after you apply you Auto3D plugin.
The minus works but the plus is totaly out of order. That resulted also on my setup in very low volume, and you cannot do anything about it ones you pressed minus :-(
You've rolled out multiple patches as i can see in your zip, maybe one breaks something.

I can't reproduce the problem on my PC, but I've seen that the VolumeHandler code has changed a lot.
Could you post your Volume Settings in the MediaPortal Configuration.

Please do the following Test:
1. Disable Auto3D plugin and test if volume works
2. Leave Auto3D plugin disabled and replace the Core.dll by the original one and test if volume works

Marcus, i use wave and Winds7/Vista scaling. This makes the minus work but the plus (from 0) only goes to 2 blocks.
When i use Clasic/linear scaling i can press plus i can go higher and leave only two blocks grey.

Tests:
1) Same issue, at standard settings wave/windows 7/vista scaling cannot go up more than 2 blocks.
2) Have to replace all, core.dll, Mediaportal.exe and Configuration.exe and then all works normal again.

OK, restore the config, and activate the Auto3D plugin again.

Take Configuration.exe and MediaPortal.exe from my Auto3D_Complete-11.zip package and replace the Core from the package with the one attached to this post.

Check if this Core solves the problem.

Confirmed! Fixed! Volume + and - is working as expected.

Marcus, i have an issue reported earlier. When i press ALT+F4 Mediaportal is always exiting ok. But after i installed Auto3D sometimes it takes a very long time to exit Mediaportal (not responding in task manager). I attached a log. You can see at 21:28:16,839 that i pressed ALT+F4. then it is not responding anymore and at 21:29:35,058 you can see that i see the desktop. Thats more than 1 minute freeze. Can you check this if you can see the same behaviour? Not always but frequently.
