I've tried your mod out and it works fine on my setup...can't replicate your problem.

It may be a hardware conflict between the windows property and your TV card...but this is only a guess. Try updating your TV card drivers.

Edit - nep - also with updated drivers it wonat dsiplay the values - I need to open Menue-Tuningdetails first to get them. No idea why my system is always acting strange

After rebooting my system today I did see your problem...it seems as if you may need to add some more lines of code to "kick" the TV config into supplying the data.
