I have found how to get the colorization working. It needed some gfx from Avalon and I also changed the recording icons to smaller icons that already were available in the skin, so that the guide looks better. I also included a first go of guide colors in skin settings.

I Like it - but I'm confused ... epg colouring was already working in the 1.3a skin of Avalonis, wasn't it?

Well, with the attached stuff here it did not work for me, since it was missing the files I attached above.

I agree that it wasn't working - I haven't had time to test the attachments though (yet)

For those that want to catch up here's the files I'm using - it includes PowerMarcels version 4 update pack, and the DVDArt mod, and the other fixes/ patches too. Also it includes the files from Mbuzina above.
Be warned - each of these packages is 20Mb in size (except the last one) and it unzips to over 217Mb so if you DL it, its going to be slow

Will test later on (I have to check that it does not overwrite my own modifications (e.g. hide labels from LMH that are empty, add the clickfinder import in basichome, etc.)

Another Mod Idea ...

As Discussion is going around currently with XBMC vs MePo ... I have to admit that the Recording Info in XBMC is much more informative than in MePo. So - Do you think it is possible to add something like this

With a scrolling (shifting?) Text showing the (eventual) running recordings plus the next 2 or 3 ones? The Recording Icon should only be active if there is a recording active of course (and the one one the Top removed)

I'm sure it is...I'll have a look and get back to you.

Just seen - latest Media Handler now will is supporting recordings too - so theer should be a chance to include propper display of upcoming records - if anyone is interested in doing this

@SpudR: somehow the files seem to have issues. part 2 & 3 have broken files & my 7-zip hangs when I try to extract them. R you sure they are oK?

They worked for me. I use IZArc to unrar.
