Hi mpsam,

In MyFilms when a select 'Play Trailer', it gives a popup to select from online providers and after selection popup sating that it requires Onlines Videos 0.29. I have 1.0 installed

I'm not sure this is a skin problem but will check (could be a MyFilms issue), thanks for reporting.

this is a known bug in MyFilms - nothing that can be fixed in the skin .... it's already fixed in svn for next version of MyFilms.

The way "Latest Items" and sub-menus co-exist now is spectacular. Very impressive work, cul8er! The navigation in these parts of the Basic Home feels very intuitive.

Actually I feel some navigation is missing. When on topmost submenu i would like to go to menu by pressing up instead of left. I think that is more intuitive?

I can't help it. I made a mockup of a small FanArt suggestion for the filmstrip view (in addition to the clean, no-fanart variant). Might be possible to include as a toggle setting, right? Edit: I just realized that's where the Now Playing window appears. Maybe choosing this view (if it will be included) could turn Now Playing off for this view?

I have installed this mod but get a black screen after the splash screen.
I checked my cache folder and Avallonis does not build correctly I believe it is only 7.28 MB.
What am I doing wrong it does look like any one else has this issue.

UPDATE : I could not get Avalon to cache either. I rebooted and now all is well?

I've found what I suspect is a bug/incompatibility with MyMusic:

1. Enter music section
2. Select a layout other than List view
3. Click i/F9 and select Show artist/album info

Now you're stuck and you can't get anywhere from here unless you go directly to Basic Home with H key or remote control. I personally only use List view, but just a heads up.

Which plugins are supported? and which versions?

Same as Avalon. Only FanartHandler and LatestMediaHandler are different and they are installed by the installer.

i thinks world wheather plugin v.0.3.5/0.3.8 is not supported? I try, but in my system don't work fine.

I also noted that the metadata of the films (moving pictures) are strange:
in the same films, in some views i see 16:9, in other views i see 2:35:1
in other films (divxHD) i see DVD

I am trying your mod (maybe I can learn to live with a horizontal menu ). One little issue: The preview image is unchanged from avalon. This leaves out one visual clue as to which skin is selected.

Thanks cul8ter, this really is a great mod. It might cut it to be my future standard. Esp. since I am sure your updates will be frequent

Bug Report / Enhancements:
-> Preview Picture unchanged, see above
-> Latest Pictures flows out of the bounding box if the names are long
-> Latest Pictures: Does not adhere to aspect ratio. It looks very strange having a portrait mode picture stretched to landscape. My wife will say: I am NOT THAT FAT
-> MyPictures: Needs to adhere to aspect ratio. avalon does this.
-> Music (Probably all Facades): Scrolling in Listview is slower as in avalon. Can that be improved?
->Home: Leaving a submenu needs to work on Up as well. It is really strange to press down to get a submenu and press left to get out of it.
