Hi.

I have installed the Rockstar Plugin and used the Avalon skin for it, but on my english install I get the same translation error as others do. Is there an english translation file somewhere I need?

I used the Avalon Editor to enable "Latest Media for selected item: Recordings" for Live TV but it doesn't show my latest recordings at the home screen. Latest movies and TV series works fine. I'm using For the Record 1.6.

Any ideas?

Latest recordings and music are not ready yet. This will be added in the next release. Sorry for the confusion!

OK finally got this downloaded on Wifi on the train...

Out of interest, why an exe installer and is it intentional that you can not install the skin without moving pictures? (the option to not install is disabled in installer)

I used the nsis installer because the fonts are not installed by mpe.

It would be great if you could explain what is not working and what you need to migue who is taking care about mpei now. I would be very happy to see this skin using mpei for distribution

Just a small bug report. Found this in the mediaportal error log.

I have tested for the missing files by installing the Avalon beta on another machine. Both files were also missing.
If this issue was mentioned before I am sorry about that. I didn't check for it.

for the skin. It's beautiful and fast, what more could one want.

Ran into one little glitch. In TVseries, on the genres page there is no skin format just text on blue background. All other pages are normal. I reinstalled the skin but same thing happens.

Updated Swedish translation .xml. It seems that the string for Subtitles is missing from the en.xml?

Autohiding of posters when not scrolling works in MovingPictures but not in TVSeries. You should enable autohide by default in future releases, silences the fanart offset requesters.

You are wasting a lot of space in basichome for items which do not have latest media. This is actually due to one small inconsistency. Throughout the skin the middle box is only used for posters and often times hidden. In basichome you chose to put the itemlist there, which actually should be in the right box consistencywise.

Proposal: Move basichome itemlist right and slide out latest media (or submenus) if available, like with posters.
